Full-service events are where High Desert Catering does what we do best: exceptional food, cooked and finished on site, supported by a polished service team that understands flow, timing, and guest experience.

This is our highest level of service and is designed for weddings and elevated corporate events where food, service, and atmosphere all matter equally.


This service is a great fit if you’re planning:
• A wedding or large celebration
• A corporate event where professionalism matters
• A hosted gathering where you don’t want to manage logistics
• An event that requires on-site cooking and service

You care deeply about food quality and want a team that runs the event with confidence - not one that needs to be managed.


This service may not be the best fit if you’re looking for:
• You’re looking for drop-off catering only
• You don’t need on-site staff or chefs (or minimal)
• Your guest count or budget is very small
• You’re looking for a low-cost option

We believe clarity up front makes for better events - and better partnerships.

Our chefs and service team work together behind the scenes so your event feels effortless. Food is cooked and finished on site whenever possible, service is attentive without being intrusive, and everything moves with intention - from the first bite to the last pour. We work closely with your coordinating and vendor team for a seamless event!

This is hospitality you don’t have to think about.

INVESTMENT GUIDANCE

Because every event is different, pricing is customized. That said:

Most full-service events begin around $8,000–$10,000
• Final investment depends on guest count, menu, staffing, and bar service
• Minimums apply based on date and season
